(3-4-3)
Attack=High Defense=Low Counter-Attack=Low
Counter formation to play against for (3-4-3):(4-2-2-2)
key-Element:
Same as like (3-4-2-1) formation, With three forwards players.But with change of forwards to wingers.Offers some width in the pitch. RF AND LF should have good passing attributes.
PROS:
High level attacking formation.With this formation, you have an advantage in the crossing.This formation provides width in attack, because of Lm,Rm,LF,RF .With wingers,you an extra advantage over the opponent in attacking,because it provides the plenty of width,which make this formation good for crossing.A attacking formation for those who love crossing.
CONS:
Badly expose by the counter-attack, susceptible to dangerous counter-attack.Defensively very poor and weak.
Defenders should be fast and have a good pace to cover the holes and track back the opponent fast.
Need winger fast with medium defensive work-rate and should not have low defensive work-rate player.
