Counter formation to play against for (3-4-2-1):(4-5-1)

Same as like (3-4-2-1) formation, With three forwards players.Good attacking formation.Very less popular as compared to the (3-4-1-2).The most similar formation is (3-4-3).
PROS:

Extremely high level attacking formation.With this formation, you have an advantage in the attacking.This formation provides you a good attacking game, because of three players in front in this formation.Three players in front give you an extra advantage over the opponent in attacking.

CONS:

Badly expose by the counter-attack, susceptible to dangerous counter-attack.Defensively very poor and weak.

Defenders should be fast and have a good pace to cover the holes and track back the opponent fast.

Need winger fast with medium defensive work-rate and should not have low defensive work-rate player.
