Same as like (3-4-1-2) formation, A solid formation for attacking and defense.This formation provides you a balance attacking and defense.The previous all formation based on 3 center-backs provide a high attacking game and their defense are not so good as compare to attack.

but, this provides you a balanced attack and defense.The key element of this formation is CAM.

Choose a good player at the Cam position.

 PROS:

The Very compact formation that provides 5 or even 7 elements to defend when you need to hold on a result.

Suitable for those who like to dominate.
Quick attacking play Style.

By this formation, you can use the different type of attacking techniques.

Suitable for almost every type of Fifa Ultimate Team players.

Provide a good attacking, so, it's Very hard for opponent to defend against.

Easy for keeping possession and suitable for those who like to keep the ball.

Because of a number of triangles around the field.

Hard for to keep the possession due to crowded midfield.

  

CONS:

Expose by the counter-attack.

The RM and LM should have winger attributes, for example like good passing and pace.

But also medium defensive work rate.

May be expose by counterattacks if the opposing player has fast wingers.

You may not have enough players in defense at times if your CDM's have pushed up.
